We need to be paid more fairly and have more chances to simply take off when needed, if I earn a time off I should be able to take it when in need. again, having the same benefits across all employees, is not fair that some have more than other when it comes to company benefits like private insuran

Working for the same company and know that depending on your position you may have benefits that other don't. Like having private insurance, like having DR on site, like having cafeteria service, private parking as well
