Happy yet not satisfied. Salary is the key factor. Love the environment but the salary is not keeping up with the increase demand our living expenses. It's like we work just to pay the bills and loans. But our personal growth no never achieved.

Bills, never ending bills and loans. So, please increase or atleast align our salary with the new hires so we won't need to apply for loans just to meet ends.
