It would be much better without struggling every day with other departments like HR or IT. Also it would be great to have a company that is not thinking as max priority about saving each single penny. I am perfectly aware that cutting costs are important, but now that is a bit too much.

Everyone enthusiast and willing to do an extraordinary job. Supportive and friendly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication could have been better. Merge between L-Sykes and L-Sitel in Founder could have been made much better and it seemed more an "occupation" than a "merge": there was no synergy and no interest in constructive feedback. A practical example is the TM/Coach Playbooki.
