What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Some processes are hard, the time in a call is limited. Everyone expects you to perform well in quality, but our resources are limited

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Production and sales bonus are getting lesser over time, and processes and system are getting more challenging to make and use, monthly goals depend on seven different parameters to get $300, not worth the efforts. Our bonus depends on the amount of people on goal.
