Not motivated due the lack of compensation for the expected workload.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have invested in upskilling myself but due to official commitments I could not focus on the master's degree I was working on and have taken loan to pay off. I am being made to learn and more than what I was told without the compensation being raised as per the market for the role.
