Foundever is my bread and butter, I've been working here for 8 years. Yet I don't see the company value me in a way that it can pay me fairly. I have a lot of colleagues and friends that resigned because of the low-ball offer and pay. They are now thriving well in different company. I'm leaving too

It started when grocery prices and utility prices went up and our company cannot keep up with these changes. We feel undervalued because we're being ripped off on our pay and are forced to take loans that our company refered us to
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that we should be Paid the same rate to someone who works in metro manila - Imagine the salary of an agent here is 30% less than the Salary of the agent working in Manila or anywhere in the big cities

I work in FE tarlac, me and other associates who worked here for than 3-5+ yrs feels we are not valued for our loyalty and the worked we've done because we are underpaid.
