I am glad that they are accepting and giving chances to those people that has no experience at all in BPO. But unfortunately I am sad to feel that there is no consideration to those who stay loyal working here as the compensation doesn't increase at all. Maybe to increase it is to look other company

Increase the salary to retain workers (Increase of incentive of incentives per account)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is nothing special to the rest of Management, but I am happy to which supervisor/Team leader I was.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are working already for the company and account for over a year already, we are even even upskilled but there is nothing that was given on us, at least to raise our Compensation or add other perks to still enjoy working, but what happened, they even decreased the incentives we are relying to
