Work environment is okay. Co workers are okay. It's just the feeling that we are not compensated well for our job and responsibilities.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are upskilled, we just have an increase on jobs and responsibilities and not on compensation, plus the incentives that motivates us continue to decrease.
