When there is a client visit, due to that time our engagement is more active
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Firstly is the salary increase, other Accounts already receive a salary increase however our Account department did not received any, also the VIP incentive was remove for those folks who stayed to the company and transferred to the new account,
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership Team should ensure that the team members or employees has a positive work environment, and encourage the employee to achieve their goals, unlike what happening right now, instead of increasing the incentive they more decreasing it and also remove other incentive that we should get.
