It was good, I used to love my job. I worked at home for this company for 2 years without any issue, being a top performer, I was so happy. However, a year ago I got extremely disappointed about it because I was unfairly relocated because management made a raffles to choose the agents to be relocate

WFH option, maybe higher salary.

Fair and equal treatment, for instance WFH option to everyone and not just some of the employees.

They need to treat agents equally and be fair because some agents have benefits that others don't have, for example WFH...

The work from home option would make it the best job ever like I had it before being unfairly relocated to a new account.

Better way to handle relocation processes. They should be handled fairly and professional by taking PA and metrics into account and not by making raffles to choose the agents to be relocated.
