Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some of us in our team are working incredibly hard but then you have people who don't and still get the same pay. People should get a personal pay review every year.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some colleagues are absolutely amazing and although working from home, there is also a lot of banter. When someone is down, pick them up. We do care about each other in our team.
