I love working at foudnever, but the project I am working for is being very toxic which is against foundever's goals.

Clear communication and make associate's feel appreciated

They were working hard but lately they lost the spark

More activities and motivations to keep associates at high level of comfort
What makes you most happy at work?
I was motivated since I see that foundever appreciate hard working associates but since my last experience I lost that motivation
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I joined the company a Year ago, actually the company is great , I love working at foundever and I do really recommend. However the project I am working for is being managed very well I got promoted 2 months ago to become an SME and I was getting paid the same bonus as agents fixed at 80%
