needs salary increase due to high commodity prices and basic needs are all high in prices

employee first/get more knowledge of the account policies and procedures. talk to agents regarding call flow and issues that needs to be addressed .

we need to have some increase in rice and fare allowance since everything is getting higher like bills and fare rates are also increasing even our rice allowance is not enough.
