the interaction with my team, I always tell them (I'm not going to show you how to answer a phone call, but how to handle) feels good that they are learning and improving every day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that after 14 years or more with no changes at all in coach's salary, should be take into consideration to move it up, not only for the position, but for the leadership that we are committed and apply in every team.
