I have always been an advocate for Foundever however the merit announcement has really knocked me. I feel undervalued and frustrated that I am now having to look to leaving the best team I have ever worked with.

I have been able to develop my career and overall have had a good experience, apart from the last two years, where I have felt very uncertain about my future here

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued by Foundever due to the merit announcement. I am not paid my market value and can be paid at least £10 k more elsewhere. My manager and leader
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing that I like about my local leadership team is that they really care about their people however the recent merit announcement is making it hard for them to retain our top talent.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are very supportive of each other and our skills complement each other so we can offer a full professional support service. My concern is that due to the merit announcement, I will lose the best team I have ever worked with at Foundever.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are very diverse. The environment is very engaging and we are close-knit and supportive. However, with the merit announcement the environment has changed and morale is very low. We have some very tenured, skillful and experienced people who are leaving which will leave a huge gap.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
You need to do good on your promise. We were promised a pay increase and the decision was to "freeze" it. We have already taken a pay cut staying at Foundever with the cost of living crises. I respect my colleagues but have lost complete respect and faith in the decision-makers at Foundever.
