I joined the company in operations and in less than a year I was promoted to administrative roles, despite continuing to receive the same salary for being a Young Apprentice, it's been a chance to challenge myself to different roles than I was used to.

What makes you most happy at work?
Be busy and not idle
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do the same work as my operations colleagues and supervisors. And I receive less for being a Young Apprentice, I believe that a salary increase would be worthy for me.
