the question for vacation and sick days needs to be changed. We don't get sick days. I'm feeling like employees are not being valued as we should be. There have been so many cutbacks that it can sometimes make doing our jobs difficult to do.

We are there for each other. We work together to help make our jobs more productive and have fun while we are doing it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are losing any perks we had and nothing is replacing them. It would be nice if going the extra mile was recognized and acknowledged and maybe on occasion rewarded instead of being told it doesn't matter.
