Really good place to work and get to know a lot of people, although getting to know a lot of people implies that you get to know good working people and some other who manage the accounts who are just gossiping about other people
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not much actually, as we are all apart without that much interaction
What makes you most happy at work?
The activities that they do to have us entertained also the running and senderism activities
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have to make our own plans to spend time together, such as having out of the office activities or preparing or buying food to share during work. Our team leader, doesn't plan that at all
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We work for a company who offers Dental insurance, would be amazing if at least we could get better compensations such asfree dental cleanings and stuff every six months at least to have the regular healthy compensations and more benefits
