I used to feel valued, not anymore. This company is getting worse and worse every time. There is a lot of unequal and unfair treatment towards employees. Some have many benefits while others don't have.

Inclusion and respect. Relax environment, just that.

Nothing regarding that since they help when needed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher bonuses, and WFH options.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't feel valued, I feel ignored. The treatment towards employees are unequal and unfair.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be fair and equal towards all employees. Some employees have benefits that others don't, for example WFH. Internal processes should be handled in a professional way, not through RAFFLES!!
