during the past decade I've been working here, I can say that i enjoyed 9 years of them, but this years they have treated me like nothing, I will continue working here my this year i got the worst experience I could imagine

most of my team are very tenure, we known each other for years, and whenever there is a new one join the team, we given them the best welcome and help them as much as we can.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because after 10 years of hard work in Foundever it looks like they do not care at all. I'm just asking to give me what you promise me, my permanent position, that will be the best compensation for me, please keep your word
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I was about to become a permanent employee of a position that i've been working in for more than 2 years, I got all the signatures and my COS signed by all the people needed for approvals, but out of a sudden my manage told me my promotion was cancelled and they will remove me from my position :(
