I have an increase on my allowance and basic pay recently only with the help of my former Coach Gani, OM and SOM

I think the most positive about the culture and environment at my company would be the pleasant personality of my co-workers and kindliness and supportiveness of our Coaches and OM.
What makes you most happy at work?
Our OM who is kind, friendly, approachable, supportive and kind. It creates a great impact to my environment where my colleagues and other agent became like her. Its always good vibes and no fight, no hate. Just love and care and support

What are some of the best things about your team?
For the years of my experience in BPO. Here in Foundever, particularly on my account Employbridge I found my 2nd Home, A family. There are ups and down but what makes its more beautiful is the support and protection we are getting from our bossess (OM and Coaches)
