On the site we are there are no areas where us or the agents can distress

For the past year we have been receiving more and more tasks but the salary is the same

I think they are caring more about the compliance with the client and not too much about us teamleaders

The relationship we TLs have between ourselves is excelent, we comunicate, we share information we know is going to help on our daily tasks, we hve a great comunication with the agents, we listen to them, we care about them
