Overstretched, underpaid and underappreciated resource with little to no support. No succession planning, reactive company vision. Chaos basically!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The level of responsibility, workload and expectation at my middle management level would be paid considerably higher in any other company, even similar BPOs

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicating and not doing a brutal restructure culling important roles then giving all their duties to people on minimum wage yet expecting the same quality and output
