Giving us the expectations clearly and simplifying the process. We must complete some processes that are redundant.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Yes, especially when we need to change our schedule and we try to switch it with our partners. Also, we haven't received a salary increase this year. We must survive with the same amount of money and all the things are more expensive than last year.
