I don't know but I feel like this year is not good. I don't feel valued. My previous years are good but this year, no. TOO MANY CHANGES that we are and not aware of.

I don't know. Since it became FOUNDEVER, I feel like its no longer the same company I applied before.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't even know what it is.

No motivation. I want WAH.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't know. No idea.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like the fact that I can trust most of my teammates.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't know. Sometimes I'm mentally drained and sometimes I'm physically drained even though I just started my day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its 50% positive and negative. I just pressed "positive" since there's only two option and it's still somewhat positive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
10k basic pay since then until now? I don't know. Basic needs prices is going up and its hard to come up with it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I want WAH if possible. This will save Foundever budget for tissues, electricity, etc on site. This will also save us for boarding rent and stuffs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
First and foremost, they are applying something that it doesn't make sense. When we complain about the foods in the pantry, no action is being done. But when pantry complains about agents selling pack meals, something is being done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
- I'm not getting paid for long calls. Example, I received a call by 01:57 and my EOS is 02:00. - Also, looks like they value the newly hired employees rather than tenures. - And, now, they offer VTOs but not VLs.
