I said I look forward to interacting with them; I didn't say it actually happens.

See previous answer. Most other depts have had a pay review, but my team has not.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More team engagement and better training of the rest of the team so that my job is less repetitive

Actually speak to each other on a personal level not always work related. Some of the team do not interact at all.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I no longer 'go' to work since my office closed. I now spend 100% of my work time at home. This is not what I signed up for.

You've taken away the office I looked forward to visiting to catch up with friends and colleagues. I now work from home 100% of the time. My job has barely any verbal contact with anybody, ever. Very soul destroying.
