It started out okay, after so many years I began to see the truth and that there are only snakes here, only those who have s** with the supervisor rise.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to improve in everything, especially in how they treat agents well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Practically nothing, if I hadn't made a friend, I would have left a long time ago.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
If I received a salary equivalent to what I do or at least an equivalent food voucher, it would help a lot.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
If they also received a larger food voucher (I'm not asking for much, just that it's equivalent to our work) they would be much happier to want to communicate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do the same job as internal agents, sometimes I even do more than them and receive less than half of the salary they receive. The benefit of receiving a food voucher with a very low price does not motivate me to work here, even in this institution, everyone who works well should receive the same a
