I really wish I never took a job at Foundever, now I'm stuck in a company and a country that is draining the life out of me. I cannot move because I cannot afford it due to rising cost of living and a ridiculously low salary
I enjoy the work from home model, although It would be prudent to have an wfh allowance, to cover wifi electricity, chair and desk.
I really wish I could say anything here.
Listening to their employees, making long term plans
Management is abusive and non transparent
We help each other when the company's training collapses
I could say nothing positive if I am to be truthful
Obviously more money(meaning a better base salary), a better PTO scheme and bonus scheme.
it not about the coworkers, its the environment that Foundever fosters that is toxic
We are horribly underpaid. Most colleagues are starving at the end of the month
Toxic management needs to be weeded out and salaries and recognition need to become better
Listening to their employees, Pay people more that just the absolute minimum. If you want real growth invest in your staff
The whole energy from top management, poor equipment, bad pay, no leniency with bonus. And no general incentive for going the extra mile.
Seeing that the company is misusing their employees. Giving no raise for more work. We need more transparency in where the team is going, and what we should be doing.
I really wish I had something. But nothing from management seems genuine as this company does "GOOD THINGS" just for optics. While doing the very least for the "foot-soldier" that's actually doing the work in the various projects.
We all need better salaries and benefits that make us want to go to work. To improve morale. We need transparency in what and where the team is going. Right now Management is compartmentalizing, so that only the "teachers pet" knows what happening.
Higher salary with better incentives for extra work. I have worked two years across three different scopes without even considering the difference in responsibility and workload. Its highly unusual that you have a salary that has been "stuck" for the last decade while cost of living is soaring
