many people complain about the company internal and externally (social media) the image of the company is not good and so many people quit everyday which makes it worst, our clients are working with other call centers and they pay more in those places, customers are often angry and clients dont care

to work for a client that does not provide solutions to their customers can be a bad thing as we received all the backlash
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
load of work can be most of the times overwhelming, the nature of claims department is stressing, lots of people quit the job as the burnout take place.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
they create external and internal dynamics to stay interested, engaged and not bored, is not possible to participate in all of them as we have to reach our kpis and hours to cover daily
