I was an employee for 2 years, the account that i was employed was closed and i didnt receive a fair trade on schedules or payment to stay in the company, i am back and i have 2 months and it seems that i'm a new employee even though i was a very good employee for 2 years even getting recognition
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Worked 2 years for the Ring Central Account the account left and i couldn't be relocated, didn't have any option to relocate, i was fired and after 3 months was rehired by the company with a worse salary and worse schedule instead of taking that in consideration for a good position

Kindness, understanding of the issues that we face as agents, approachable and very polite on the cases that we need assistance

Better Schedules work life balanced oriented, better compensation (Salary), more social activities like parties or reunions would be a good improvement because right now all of them are virtual reunions
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Depending on the kind of Job that i'm doing and also the experience and value that i bring to the company, the compensation it's pretty low compared to the market, there are other company's that offer more for less work and less hours with more payment and working hybrid or WFH
