I think that the overall experience is positive but it does have some downsides

I like the different events we hold during the month which brings the moral up

I love how supportive the team is and I can always turn to them when I have questions

My coworker next to me that I talk with during downtime and the jokes set by my supervisors
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The main reason for not wanting to come to work are the customer that scream or demand where their money is

I like that they revise our calls and tells us what we are doing wrong and what can be improved without putting us down
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the events that we do at the end of the month. Really brightens up the mood especially the just dance and games
