we spend more time at work that at home, so we are like a family

as I said before I have a baby and for moms is not easy to leave you baby at home and come to work
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they always care about the team, for me that I have a baby they always try to help me with the schedule and to pay the hours
What is the best part about your compensation package?
is good for the amount we get in bonus, but sometimes is complicated because even if you haver the other metrics good, if you attendance is not good, you lose the bonus
