I appreciate the schedule flexibility, the weekends off and the private transportation since I'm aware not all companies offer this; however, I do not feel like a valued member of my project, and I do not have any opportunity to grow or make something different.

the salary it's not competitive with other call centers and this is a big company worldwide.

I feel stuck on this project, sometimes I feel like I will never have the chance to grow here.

we all have the willingness to help each other's, they are friendly, and we have created together a good work environment.
