My experience with Foundever have been great, not much i can be mad about but there is still the fact that most companies can provide a better salary and it would be great if we had that one bit extra but the one thing i would love the most is more benefits for the people who don't live on the City.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Provide mental health insurance and provide help to the ones that need the most, also be flexible on the needs of the employees
What are some of the best things about your team?
they are very helpful and relaxed, we all understand we are humans and we support each other when we need help and we worry for each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
Be able to provide my help to customer that understand we are trying our best to help them, and be able to be with friends and share time together
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That i can feel like am a individual and that it doesn't feel like am another employee of the bunch and that my role matter for them as much as it matters to me
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most of the benefits and i mean %99 is for Panama itself not the west so is a bit difficult to be able to use them, and most of the other companies have higher salaries.
