The team is very supportive and friendly. Working at night is tiring and not well paid. I improved my social skills thanks to the company. The top staff is quite woke. For me, it's a transition job. I'm searching for job in other companies.

I wish I could switch to working in the day, not the night, but the company doesnt create the day shift.

I don't like the culture at my company but I like my team manager and coworkers and the near environmet in general. We are like a family.
