The fact that I had the opportunity to learn how to do this job and now I find it easy but everyday a new challenge arises and that makes it dynamic
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having in consideration pair to pair, demand to delivery, I consider I am underpaid and the benefits don't compensate enough, not considering that a similar position in a competitor company is 25-30% higher, and the fact that I've been loyal and committed in the last 7 and a half years.
