Do not hire anyone who has no skills as an advisor/agent.

WAGES can be improved. Realistic feedbacks and comments should be done to employees.

Remote is best. WFO is pretty painful regarding to the construction and failing amenities

Understand team's demands, escalate them to relevant departments if needed. Be clearer in every way and approach better & more professional.

Payments, it doesn't worth to spend 8 hrs. I'm having 2nd freelance job to survive! Would you let me know how it can be improved?

Pay fairly. Not 1500 eur to a one speaker (which will resign after 3 months of summer time in Athens) and the other 950 eur. Stop discrimination by making "special organizations to SOME speakers"

Make it fair, some are paid 1800 gross, me? I'm paid 950 net. Despite I applied for my native language, I'm asked to start in another language. Even my native language speakers are paid MORE! This is pretty disturbing. I feel like a slave every single day.
