As previously stated, the experience with Foundever its self has been wonderful its the onsite level that is very lacking. On site there is very much a popularity ranking and if you are not apart of that ranking your disregarded and its very apparent when you are on the outside.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working for Intuit I feel as if that part is the most satisfying.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Being willing to help and encourage each other to grow within our positions and the feeling of empathy over all creates a great working environment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel as if our benefits are exceptional, my daughter broke both arms last year and the accident policy assisted my family financially far more that I expected.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think that Foundever its self and the culture and environment that it expects is one thing but what actually happens on site is a different story the 'family' concept is def not the onsite situation. There is very much a popularity contest on site.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I would say personally I feel as if my onsite leadership is very much a popularity contest, I also feel as if there is a lack of accountability and lack of empathy for agents. There appears to be a disconnect when it comes to Foundever standard and what is followed as standard on site.
