I am able to execute my ideas without having to secure approvals all the time but our pay freeze and budget approvals are limiting us from making sure that our employee activities are consistently done to boost our agents morale.

People are mostly resilient and would make things work even with little resources

Too many chains of approvals that cause delays and untimeliness thus losing the essence of things.

he company prioritizes creating a supportive and inclusive workspace where employees feel valued and encouraged to grow professionally.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

High focus on financials is understandable but pushing for unrealistic targets is impacting our strategies and putting the leaders on the ground on a very tight situation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

not for me but for our agents here in Palawan. They are earning very low salary not even enough to get by as cost of living despite it being outside NCR is very high.
