I have learned a lot, improved and grew. And after a lot of work and commitment I was able to get a better position. This has given me experience in my area of study and I'm excited about using this for my future.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I learned a lot. I used to be proud of working at Foundever but not anymore. The things I loved about this company are gone and current decision are destroying the business. It is very sad as I wanted to stay at Foundever, but now I see myself looking for other places to work.

Diversity, tolerance, and inclusion. Caring and nurturing.

Their knowledge, skills and experience.

Human side, knowing the actual reality of the employees

More transparent, honest and easygoing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher salary, bonus based on performance, employee programs with actual value

I can put my own flavor to my position, diversity is accepted.
What makes you most happy at work?
Bringing change and success, improving things, using data to tell a story.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Under qualified people: the actual talent left the company because of money. The people working here are under a lot of pressure and receiving less money than what they should.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel valued as I'm learning. But if I was not learning, what I'm getting is not enough. In general, Foundever does not give us the right amount of money and perks.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too much workload, my position should be handled by at least 3 people, but I'm here stuck doing everything. I do not have the tools I need. Nor the time to do things correctly.
