Overall is ok, of course the company is being decreasing their performance let's say, within the years. Instead of getting better, it's the opposite. Hopefully this can change.
What makes you most happy at work?
pay day, even if it's not going to cover everything hahaha. And having a good time with the coworkers
What are some of the best things about your team?
the majority of them are kind and help you out and like to do some activities as a team. They are not boring let's say.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Starbucks is the only campaign who don't motivate their team. Not even in a special day or from time to time. But the other campaigns do care about their team, just a candy makes them feel important and valued.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We used to have 3% annual of salary increment but no longer have. It wasn't even notified just taken not given and that was all. I think at least we should have been notified but that was not the case.
