People are respectful and the work is something I actually enjoy and that is the only thing which makes me want to stay in this organization.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There are various major flaws here. The mistakes are highlighted but the employees doing a good job are rarely appreciated. Problems are not taken seriously by both HR and Finance teams. Employee's satisfaction is rarely taken seriously.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More one on one conversations with employees where they don't feel pressurized to hide the issues and just act as everything is fine. The company should be as motivated when it comes to employee's growth as they are when they get new clients or projects.
