What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Less and less tbh. It's all about cost savings and a bit of fun is being disallowed.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Stop with the knowledge drain. Empower employees. Reward valuable employees. But most of all, stop doing stupid stuff. Turning automated systems into manual work for teams in APC. We have tried long enough now to get the GCC etc. up-to-speed, the time and effort invested is not worth it.
