Helping other people. Also learning new things. And preparing for a new function within the company.

Clear communication. Willing to help, always. Sees also the I have much more capabilities than the one I use now.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't like the language bonus. Never have, never will. Also the total amount of salary is much lower than a few other companies. The culture is much better, though.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work from home, so I can only talk about the culture within our department. As previously said, willingness to help. TL sees my possibilities. Friendly. Coaching/Training by TL (also actively). Etc.
