realize we need to be payed to also live not just survive

I am lucky to be part of a team that really works together and likes to figure out things
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think we have a great job in the type of work that we do. It's really cool that we get to make new things accessible for everyone
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the team and I like the type of work I do. It's also amazing that I get to do it at home fully because it allows me to be present with my own family as much as possible
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would have helped if the company compensated the new income taxes and also adjusted the salary so our qualified work is not payed so close to the minimum wage. There is also little difference in pay. The skillset I have is not valued accordingly because there is no difference in position/title
