Collaboration, trust, and support stand out in my team. Most people are helpful, share knowledge, and are committed to results with a positive spirit. While not everyone fits this, the good ones truly make the difference.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When I think of the leadership team, I mean my direct leaders, not C-level. What I value most is their proximity, they care about me as a person, not just an employee. Face-to-face time is key, and more townhalls or presence would strengthen communication during change.
