its nice and friendly but it takes time to receive an answer from HR if something is needed and not a lot contact information on for example: tech issues

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Considering my English and German skills, I feel underpaid. Additionally, with the workload being mentally demanding, the compensation doesn't feel adequate.
