What does the leadership team need to get better at?

communication and also stop attempting to fire everyone based on their moods . also in the management department hire people who are qualified to do their job .

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am concerned about the compensation structure for late shifts at Foundever. Employees working late shifts receive a flat R350 payment for an entire 3 weeks, whereas those on regular shifts appear to qualify for the same amount after working just one day. Could you clarify if this policy is legit?
