Its been a worst year, in the project I have full support by the manager, but from reporting team I'm nothing.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
planning is the first step, everything is for yesterday. nothing is planned. organization.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Know about the project, include me on the team, participate more in the project, meetings, issues, everything.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I dont know, maybe came to the office, because im the only on how has to came.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I dont have any support from my boss, I got anxious everyday because i dont know how is the next step him take for make my day worst.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am receiving as RTA for take care of database, power bi, meetings with client, meetings about calculations and kpis that my boss do not participate. I am working as senior to solve everything and receive as junior.
