maybe better payment/ bonus / benefits for agents who worked for the company for over 5 years , or 1st priority when it comes to holiday request
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
that we have an option to work from home and that we can work within EU for 6 weeks, BUT would be better if that was longer OR outside EU
